When it comes to CSIL, Payroll and Bookkeeping is paramount. As a CSIL Employer, your funds are dependent on the upkeep of your books and monthly reports. This requires a lot of responsibility but is essential in keeping your CSIL business legal and your employees happy.

Payroll is often a very tedious task and it is not an easy one to figure out with so many factors that come into play. Some people have the gift of calculating numbers and they can do their own bookkeeping, while others would prefer to have assistance from an accountant so they can focus their time and energy on other important tasks.

At the Individualized Funding Resource Centre we can offer you our personalized Payroll Services. To lighten the load of responsibilities for you, we have a couple accountants who are well equipped and experienced in CSIL business. These services which are paid for directly out of your CSIL funds, are offered to assist you in the following ways:

• Set up accounts with Revenue Canada and Work Safe BC
• Processing payroll twice per month
• Writing cheques twice per month
• Submitting Payroll deductions to Revenue Canada and Coverage premium to Work Safe BC
• Monthly Reporting for CSIL Funding to Health Authority
• Providing Record of Employment when there is staff layoff or termination
• Providing annual T4 slips
• Preparing and attending audit with Health Authority
